June is here, and with it comes the vibrant celebration of Pride Month! This is a time to honor and celebrate the diverse and beautiful LGBTQIA+ community, a community that embodies resilience, creativity, and love. At Eye Love Plant Lyfe, a queer-owned plant shop, I am excited to highlight how plants and pride intersect, fostering a sense of belonging, growth, and community-building.
The Intersection of Plants and Pride
For many in the LGBTQIA+ community, plants represent more than just greenery—they symbolize growth, resilience, and nurturing one's true self. Just as plants thrive with the right care and conditions, so do individuals flourish when supported and embraced for who they are.
